A dynamic play of heights and the breaking up of volumes provides visual diversity and plenty of light.The apartments are mostly double aspect (lower lighting bills) and well ventilated (lower heating and cooling bills) thanks to their corner loggias. Additional external insulation is provided, and the terraces are planted for rainwater harvesting. Solar panels on the roof provide water heating. The buildings are certified low energy.
