The project is located on the edge of the site alongside circulation routes. It follows the slope on the site and contributes to the legibility and coherence of this new neighbourhood’s urban design.
Communal shared public spaces opening onto a large roof terrace are an expression of the project’s vocation to welcome and encourage conviviality and interaction. A flagship for French scientific research, flexible cleaning services, this technical facility and accompanying conference centre showcase high-tech laboratories, office spaces that recognise the human dimension of research, and large spaces for communicating and sharing knowledge.
